300 calories every 3 hours

this is about 2 things: 1) portion size and 2) grazing throughout the day. if you eat for the first time at 7am then you eat again at 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm -this leads to another major strategy for losing weight -don't eat after 7pm when your metabolism is slowing down for the day. Go to bed hungry!
